Cancer pain management

This textbook is a fantastic reference manual and resource for any clinician caring for patients with cancer pain, as well as post surgical pain and terminal illness. Chapters on Pain assessment and opiate side effects are useful for all clinicians evaluating patients in pain and those who prescribe opiates. It is both clear and concise. It is quite well written, with contributions from leaders in the field of Pain management.

No Excuse For Pain

I consider this book a library must. It is contemporary, well illustrated, thoroughly referenced and clinically relevant. The book contains data not easily found elsewhere, such as summary charts, drug combination tables and mode of action illustrations. The content is well segmented and the table of contents is user-friendly. Subject matter is surprisingly up to date. Well done to the authors
